Wester is a contemporary art space and inner-city creative hub. Located at 16 Wood Street Mulubinba / Newcastle West, just a 3 minute walk from Newcastle Interchange, Wester’s 46sqm open plan gallery, and outdoor laneway, is functional for a range of hiring requirements.

Wester is the perfect fit for small to medium sized events, such as intimate formal dinner parties, photo and video shoots, small corporate events, fashion showings, product launches, long table lunches, meetings, small seminars and workshops. Westers commerical kitchen and in-house caterer, we can meet every need.

We offer hourly, half day (4hrs) or full day hire (8hrs) rates. Hire of Wester Gallery also includes laneway, and bathrooms. As well as in-house caterer (Sea Salt & Sage) at additional costs.

Please note: Due to the changing nature of exhibitions, the capacity of the gallery space does vary, as does the intamcy of the space. We strongly encourage you to contact us to arrange a time to meet onsite to ensure the space meets your needs and expectations.
